Appro Policy

Helping you purchase with confidence

 

Frobisher is dedicated to your confidence when deciding to purchase. In order to accommodate this, we allow you to take items home from our showroom to test them out for 2 working days.

We will obtain your details and require full payment for the item upon the 3rd working day if the item is not returned. We will consider a non-return as agreement for payment and you will be charged the full amount of the product. If the item is damaged in any way while on appro, we will also require full payment.

We encourage our customers to use this opportunity to confirm the piece will be suitable in your home. On larger items, non-refundable delivery and assembly fees may apply.

 

 

Return Policy

Frobisher Interiors operates on a non-return policy. We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the item at the time of purchase and we are notified within 7 days, as per procedure below.

We will not return items that have been damaged due to improper use and care.

We will not return sale items, so please make your selections carefully.

We will not return gift vouchers.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Please document the defect with images and send to info@frobisher.co.nz along with a description of the defect, name of purchase and your date of purchase.
