Who is Kelly Hoppen?
Kelly Hoppen is a British interior designer, born in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1959. She started her career at 16, when she designed a kitchen for a family friend, and went on to build one of the most recognised design studios in the world.
Her work spans private homes, hotels, residential towers, yachts and a cruise ship. She has written more than a dozen books on design, was a Dragon on BBC Two's Dragons' Den from 2013 to 2015, and was awarded an MBE in 2009 and a CBE in 2020.
