Sculpt Art Wave Mini

This Wave-shaped relief belongs to the Sculpt Wall collection, a series of pieces made purely for hanging as wall art. Drawing on Brutalist architectural detail and the use of concrete as a surface in 1960s American Minimalist art, each relief is handmade from a sustainable, concrete-like blend of recycled newspaper, sand and chalk powder. It mounts easily to a wall with the screws and brackets fitted to the back. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl.

101 Copenhagen was founded in 2017 by Danish designers Kristian Sofus Hansen, Tommy Hyldahl and Nicolaj Nøddesbo. Drawing on backgrounds in design, fashion and time spent in Japan, the trio blend Scandinavian restraint with Japanese minimalism. The result is heritage-rooted design with a playful, contemporary edge.
