Fat Sphere Vase

The Fat Sphere Vase is the fullest, most rounded form in 101 Copenhagen's Sphere series, a collection celebrating unique silhouettes and texture, each piece shaped as a decorative, sculptural object. Its bold, compact body is made from hand-glazed ceramic, finished here in Dark Grey, so tone and texture vary slightly from piece to piece. Display it on its own as a focal point on a sideboard, shelf or dining table, with a few dried stems or simply as a sculptural piece, or group it with other Sphere vases in mixed sizes and colours. Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl.

101 Copenhagen was founded in 2017 by Danish designers Kristian Sofus Hansen, Tommy Hyldahl and Nicolaj Nøddesbo. Drawing on backgrounds in design, fashion and time spent in Japan, the trio blend Scandinavian restraint with Japanese minimalism. The result is heritage-rooted design with a playful, contemporary edge.
